OK, where are we? oh yes. Let's start with open chat. If you say something inappropriate someone can report you. Then the website can kick you out. Then someone might also report you, if you did something else inappropriate.

To add a penguin to your friends list just click on them, and some of their info will show on the page. On the bottom left of their info. there will be a smiley face. Click it then a note should show up on the page, saying "do you want to add whoever you want to add?" Click yes to add, click no to not add. If you press yes the note should change. If it does, it will say "your request has been sent". That's all that I'll talk about.
